We offer our customers a range of shipping options at checkout, each with clear delivery times displayed prior to purchase. Please be aware that these shipping times are estimates provided by our shipping provider. Once an order leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for timely delivery lies with the shipping provider.

However, if you encounter any delays in receiving your order, rest assured that we are here to help. Simply reach out to us via our dedicated contact form and we will work closely with the shipping provider to ensure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Free World Wide Shipping

Free shipping is available where advertised, only on orders over £75 

For Pre Order items, please be aware that these products are subject to 'delivery windows'. These windows are estimated and are subject to us obtaining stock from our supplier(s) on-time.

On very rare occasions, our supplier(s) may experience delays that are out of their control, and so either we will receive stock late, or only receive partial delivery of stock, and so orders may leave our warehouse a little later than expected.

In either case, if you are experiencing any delays in delivery, please contact us via our dedicated contact form, and we will help resolve to deliver of your order as soon as possible.

International & European Orders

International shipping can take anywhere up to 15-45 days from the date of despatch, or longer, depending on any delivery issues or delays within your country. Also due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times may be longer than usual.

We deliver to all destinations worldwide with no additional duties or taxes due on delivery - the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay!

Should you experience any fees charged before delivery, please contact us via our contact form, and we will ensure these are covered for you. We are a UK-based company and endeavor to deliver within the shipping windows shown at checkout. For distant locations, please be patient and wait until the final days of your delivery window before contacting us regarding your delivery.

While we understand that waiting for your Arctic Wellness Spa MAX, Pro Barrel, Pro Bath, or Pro Chiller may take some time, we promise that the end result will be worth it. Our standard Arctic Wellness Spa has a lead time of just 5-7 days, so you can start enjoying the benefits of our products right away. Exchanges

If you require an exchange please contact us via our dedicated contact form and we will arrange the return of your product and the exchange.

Returns

We trust you will be delighted with your Arctic Wellness purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us any time within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned unworn, unused, and undamaged in the original packaging. If products have been opened and used, a restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds can only be issued on purchases made online at www.arctic-wellness.co.uk. Refunds are not accepted for items purchased from third-party distributors.

For a refund, please contact us first via our dedicated contact form to return your item/s to us at the below address. Please include a copy of your invoice in the package, clearly marking the item(s) you wish to return for a refund.

Faulty Items

We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. In the instance where a product is considered faulty, we will offer a replacement. You must provide proof of purchase. We reserve the right to examine the item in question to determine whether a product is faulty.

You must contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the product if it has been damaged during delivery. Failure to do may affect your shipping insurance claim and result in no compensation being provided.

If deemed faulty a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a voucher or refund issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 10 business days from the arrival of the product at the Returns address above. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of the postage back to you.

Please Note:

  • Arctic Wellness can not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
  • Customers will be responsible for completing the returns form accurately.
  • You must send the original, or a copy of your invoice with the package.
  • In the event that your product is lost in transit, Arctic Wellness will not be held liable, but we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
  • We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
  • Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
